The word gets its origins from the one and only Stefane "Fafane/ReTz" Rettino. Known for his outreageous ability to be stupid, he now defines everything that is dumb and retarded. From his high school years as an ugly kid with braces, to his recent days as a full proof college drop out, he is the pinnacle of stupidity. His IQ is outmatched only by the amount of times he said something smart or witty, which by default means 0. In any case, if any one calls you a ReTz, it is the perfect opportunity to kill him with a knife in the face, trust me, it's offending. The common north american ReTz likes to "chill out" and hang around "hot chicks" all day.
