What is Reverse Grimace?

An unfortunate body type, reminiscient of Grimace turned upside down. This body type is slim in the hip and leg area, but gets progressively fatter as one travels up the body to the shoulders.
The waitress at the truck stop was shaped like a reverse Grimace.
