What Ron Mexico will start to be known as after he is handed down his sentence for federal dog fighting charges. It is a derivitive of his alias, "Ron Mexico" that Michael Vick used when he gave the herp to a woman. The changing of Ron to Rhonda implies what will be done to him in prison.
