An adjective to describe a person that is inexplicably wealthy and spends the bulk of their time shopping, posing for the paparazzi and gettign arrested for DUIs. Also known as an heir/ess...a multi-millionaire that did nothing of substance to earn their money and thusly has no idea how to spend it productively.

"Paris Hilton just bought her 17th Mercedes? Has that rich-for-no-reason bitch ever thought of, I dunno, donating some of that wasted money to charity?!"
