What is Richmond Heights?

A small white suburban city in Ohio that the residents refer to as "ghetto". Although it's mostly filled with senior citizens, there's a small school system that is gangster as shit. Somehow, due to their tiny airport and mall, they made it onto the list of 100 most desrible cities to live it.
