What is Riddle?

A sentence or sentences (phrase), that states somthing that seems like non-sense, then asks a question that CAN be answered by looking closely and deciphering the phrase. A riddle MUST include its answer in the phrase AKA The Riddle.
That was the worst fuckin' riddle ever dude! You could make up anything you want for the answer.
