Occurs when a business owner makes an inquiry into opening a merchant account for accepting credit cards and before he/she can blink, they have given a complete stranger thier address, social security number, checking account information and have signed a non-cancelable 3 year agreement. The merchant freely provides this information having received nothing more than a vague overview of the service.
I just got the sweatiest inbound and completely Riley'ed her.
