The fanclub of the accomplished voice actor Vic Mignogna. Often meeting at anime conventions, the club is fairly close knit. They have a friendly rivalry with the Miniskirt Army also known as the MSA loyal to voice actor Travis Willingham's fanclub. Also the battle cry of the Rangers is "Red Dawn!".

There is a Risembool Rangers panel at the anime convention for Vic Mignogna fans.
