What is Rishab?

A Rishab are those certain annoying kids who will always comment on a specific girl(s) status'.
Rishabs are mostly found on common websites such as Facebook and even Myspace at times.
Sometimes Rishabs are funny and entertaining, although most become very annoying and unbearable. There is usually always a Rishab on a friends list.
