What is Rishan?

A bird like creature, but a little bit peculiar in terms of looks. More to having a deformation from a normal bird. Unlike the Dodo bird,it is not yet extinct but facing extinction or in other words, endangered. This is due to the nuisance it causes to others jus by simply chirping nonsensical stuff and people out to kill it because of this sole reason.Its interesting but irritating characteristics make its name being able to be used as a verb or adjectives.
Rishan is an ugly bird.
Why is yogaraj lookin like a Rishan?
