What is Risser?

A small viscous Creature who survives off left over food in garbage cans, and small peices of dried fruit.
A 'Risser' will be found at home on the computer all day, while eating a bag of ketchup chips he found in a garbage bin.
Dont get to close to that risser! theyre dangerous!
