What is Rivaginaculous?

The female equivalent of "ricockulous".
This may seem like some femenist statement, but it isn't. My friends kept saying "ricockulous", and so as a joke, I said that so far we have "dic" and "cock" and so need a female equivalent.
This is why this word should never be used:
"Ooo! oOO! How about... rivaginaculous?!" *silence*
