What is Riverpopping?

A word to describe a man who has gay qualities. The word is derived from the effeminate dance the "riverdance" and the act of having a "popped" polo collar. (A popular style of dress for some homosexual males.) See also the "Pop Ya Collar" video from MC Hammer to see the "RiverPop" dance which is the main source for the term.
Girl 1: Man, Quincy is fine. I think I'm going to give him my numba.
Girl 2: Girl, please. That boy is riverpopping. I don't even wear my jeans THAT damn tight. Plus, his french tipped nails look better than mine!
Girl 1: Damn! I never paid attention to that.
