What is Rizer?

A person squats down and breaths in and out heavily until they are lightheaded. Another person then squats down with them and blows the lightheaded one a shotgun from a weed(preferably crippy) bluntas they rise up to a standing position. They hold in the smoke and cross their arms as a larger person lifts them off the ground and shakes them side to side. If done correctly, you should pass out, wake up 5 seconds later, and feel as stoned as you'll ever be!
