What is Rizwan?

A belittling and versatile insult, which may be used in many different ways:
1.To refer to someone as a 'rizwan' to their face is a straight out insult. Being called a 'rizwan' is highly embarassing.
2. The shortened name, 'riz', can be used as an exclamation of digust.
3. A 'riz' can also be used to describe an embarrassing situation. Premature ejaculation, for example, can be described as 'rizzing'
"You know what? Sometimes, you can be such a rizwan"
"Eurgh, what did I just tread in? That's totally riz..."
"OMG, you just rizzed in your pants"

1) A guy trusted by all, who a lot of people feel they can confide to. Commonly used as a compliment.
2) The guy who gets all the chicks who normally becomes the envy of all his friends.
Paul: Yo is that Jim over there with his new bird?
Chris: Yeah man that guy is such a Rizwan, he gets all the poon!
