What is Rizzajizz?

To 'rizz-a-jizz', to roll a joint. When stoned body & mind can not clearly recall the endings of all complicated words. Therefore, abbreviences have been put in place by the High Commander of the 7th Council to introduce 'izz' into minority areas where weed potency is high.
