A stupid or aggressive driving maneuver which pisses off someone driving nearby.
Some bitch was pop-locking in her car on the freeway and cut me off. That's some roadrageous shit there

a driver with roadrage, or one who is driving recklessly and is a menace to old lady drivers on the road
