What is Robo Bobo?

A person that behaves in a juvenile way; their behaviour is automatic, without thought, hence the robo (has to be a woman).
Tiffany is talking to her boyfriend, and freaks out when he says that he has to go because he is meeting a friend. She starts to question whether he likes her or not, blah, blah, blah. He calmly says, Robo Bobo, come on, I'm meeting a friend.
