Derived from the word "perochial", meaning a private school.
A person who is one or more of the following:
obsessed with school/getting good grades, a church dweller, or someone just generally immaturely well-behaved.
A rochey is usually physically characterized by wearing plain clothes (i.e. solid color jeans, solid color t-shirts, white tennis shoes), a watch, and an L.L Bean backpack.
Rocheys always listen to their parents, follow the Ten Commandments to the best of their ablility, and generally think they are a saint or atleast act like it.
