What is Rock Putty?

A. someone who portrays oneself as tough, hard as a rock, gansta, thuggish, etc....but who infact is as soft as putty!
B. person who talks loud, obnoxious, derogatory, or aggressive while with a group, gang or crew of friends, but in actually is a wimp when he/she is alone.
Jermane talked a good game behind my back, but when i called him on it, his bitch ass turned to Rock Putty!
