The smallest piece of shit village located in the mountains in Illinois. Rockdale Illinois sucks so bad, all the assholes there steal water from Joliet and refuse to be part of a bigger city. The population is 1,888 and all the fags there are a result of inexperienced incest. One of them is named Justin Balla.
Person 1: We might have to pass through Rockdale to get to the highway.
