Rockocity is the ability to attract someone of the opposite sex based upon how much one's physical appearance and attitude is influenced by any type of rock music.
Someone wearing bling has no rockocity. A girl with a wifebeater on and short black hair...high rockocity. Someone with a guitar, automatic rockocity points, depending on make and model of said guitar
