A Roller-Jubb is a wheelchair bound disabled person. The term is used to describe the disabled person and the wheelchair collectively (see examples)
Only applies to standard wheelchairs that require either a third party to push them or are self propelled. For electric/motorised wheelchairs, the term would change to
1) This place is not Roller-Jubb accessable
2) The Roller-Jubb has a flat tire
3) The Roller-Jubb is dribbling on him/herself
