Much like the japanese phenomenon of "bukkake," a Roman bath involves the dousing of someone's face, or sometimes entire body, with large quantities of semen, for the supposed dermatological benefits.
Cleopatra had several manservants whose sole duty was to give her daily roman baths to keep her skin young and fresh.
