A Royal Navy expression uttered in times of stupid orders or situations. Basically, it is wishful thinking on the utterers behalf that he will soon be out of the Navy.
Petty Officer: "You there, repaint the bulkhead a different colour."
Sailor, (under his breath): "Romft
