What is Rooie?

A person (generally a bloke)who is a wanna be cowboy/roo shooter but really is just a pratt. They drive around in shiny utes covered in stickers, a million more antennas than necessary and huge spotlights. These boys turn up to rodeo's, yet do not compete and try and pick up all the real cowboys girls with their tall tales about their skills as cowboys and rodeo riders. Highly detested by real cowboys and cowgirls and will always have their swags and rum stolen if left in the back of their utes.
