What is Room For Crisps?

A way in which to describe a person whose distinguishing feature is an abnormally large forehead. In order to refer to someone as having 'room for crisps' they must have a forehead reasonably large enough to house an average pack of crisps.
'I wish i hadn't fucked him senseless the other night, when i met him a second time i realised he had room for crisps'
