What is Roont?

Used by Stephen King on the "Wolves of the Calla" book, and part of the dialect used in the book. Used to define children that have been taken away by wolves, and have been returned with part of their brain removed; they're left mentally handicapped, grow to big sizes, and die young.
Tia was roont, hence good for little else.
