v. The act of a spliff reaching the point near the roach where all that remains is tobacco, usually found in it's past participle "rosewarned".
"Hey man do you really want the last of this? I mean it's pretty rosewarned."
"I don't really care if it's rosewarned, I just want to smoke something"
"You're such a douche, why bother passing me a spliff that has obviously rosewarned!"
