A seemly normal person that is actually retarded. Usually seems normal until they start to talk, they you realize they are actually Rosstarded.
Often hard to tell apart from normal people, but if you hang around them long enough you can see there is something wrong with them.
That guy seemed so normal till he started responded to questions in all random movie quotes, none of it made sense. I think he is a RossTard.
