A term used when a person is acting retarded or posting nonsense on a subject he pretends to be knowledgeable in.
Originally referenced from the CEF member 'Rot1' and his constant idiocy when posting, the term has spread to multiple forums. Sometimes the word "Rot1" is replaced with his older alias "Kaspersky".
