Acronym. Stands for: Republican On This Issue Only. Used to clarify that while one may hold a view on an issue that most would consider right-wing, it is by no means an indication of allegiance to the republican agenda on the whole.

"While I don't usually agree with the GOP, I'm ROTIO because I oppose increasing taxes for the rich."
