ROTOLOL is an internet accronmym made by combining ROTO (from the italian verb "rotolare") and LOL (Laughing out loud), and like all things internet it has adapted to nerd culture and has taken on new real-life use, though usually in a satirical way.
ROTOLOL has the same value of ROFL, in fact ROTO in italian means roll, combined with LOL the result would be "Rolling on the floor laughing out loud"
ROTOLOL was invented and diffused by a nerd mmorg player named Roland and his friend Danwood.
