What is Rouched?

a verb describing the act of expanding ones clothing. The word rouched is used instead of Expand, or enlarge. Basically a fat persons loophole to admitting the largest size clothes do not fit, and will have to be altered with heavy machinery to be able to fit in it.
"(dress) it is "grape", halter style, right know it is floor length but after it is altered it is going to be just below my knee, it has an empire waist and it has to be rouched in the stomach"
