What is Rough Ass Wipe?

when soon after squeezing out a vengeful number 2, a person realizes there is no toilet paper on the roll. At this point their only option is to wipe with the rough brown cardboard-like tp spool. this can be quite irritable to the bunghole.
uuuuugggggaaaahhhhh...........plop. "shit, theres no toilet paper left, ill have to endure a rough ass wipe."
