The act of getting infiltrated by the po-po's(police) Mostly used in situations where the individual getting "rousted" was doing something very stupid and risky
Kid: "I sure got rousted for bringing my 2-foot bong to sunday school!"
dude: "Ya, big suprize you moron!"

Another way of saying "Yo' got played!"
Originated as a mispronounciation of 'roasted'
Guy #1: Will you go to the dance with me?
Girl: Not in a million years!
Guy #2: Oooh, you got rousted!
