A girl that has to get what she wants. Usually, roza gets whatever she wants and shes never satisfied with cheap clothing or knockoff crud. A roza is usually shy at first when you meet her, but you have to get used to her. Afterwards, a roza is as hyper as ever and sometimes, you'll think she's high. People may think of a roza as weird, but a roza doesn't care. A roza is not like any person you've ever met in the world.
