What is Rozkowski?

Someone of polish origin but who has lived in the US for a significant amount of time; furthermore they pretend to not speak english thus confusing people to the utmost extent. They have their own vocabulary see examples below that has seemed to take over the world seeing as the people who do not understand Rozkowskian are considered to be insignificant beings.
"YOU STARA" ---> You old person; commonly used as an insult.
"Lets go smoke an acci" ---> Let's go smoke a cigarette
"pisda" ---> girl/vagina; commonly used as an insult
"hui" ---> dick/asshole
"oh yob" ----> oh fuck
"did you yob her" ---> did you fuck her?
"kurwa"---> whore/fuck (like oh fuck!)
"I'm so kooks" ---> I am so drunk.
"let's get yobbed" ---> Let's get drunk
"hoopsa" ---> drinking
These are all examples' of the Rozkowski's usual dialect.
