1) Any of the thousands of non-Troy residents who temporarily live and thrive in Troy, NY. 98% of these RPIlets do not speak fluent English, and most are Asian. They can often be seen delivering food in 30 minutes, and driving terribly. Lack of peripheral vision is often a great indication of an RPIlet. Most of the girls are ugly, and most of the guys touch each other--they also somehow fail at getting the often butch RUGBY team looking girls.
