This is a two-part reference to the film Ghostbusters, in which Bill Murray's character gets involved with a woman that goes from average to heavily seductive until she turns into a hound of hell through Zhoule. Ray Parker Jr. wrote the film's theme. "RPJ" is a reference to the dilemma that is found in this scenario, when you stay involved because, as Ray put it, "Bustin' makes me feel good."
