What is Rublevka?

a place just outside of moscow where all the rich people own at least one house. The land is really expensive and can go up to $80,000 for a square meter which is hella small. All the houses there are atleast worth a million bucks (excluding the price of the land). To get there from moscow you must take the Rubleva-uspenskoe highway, hence the name Rublevka.
american: I wonder where that guy Ivan lives?
Russian: Is he filthy rich?
American: yeah
Russia: then he lives in Rublevka.
