Named for the current Prime Minister of Australia, Kevin Rudd, who knows nothing at all about either and insists on airing his ignorance.

So, you think that a $1000 handout to every bum in the country to spend on smokes and booze will help stimulate the economy and stave off a depression? That's ruddiculous.
