Ruffle originated from the original Everquest character, Jiffle. Eventually though, Rallos Zek had a Jiffle, and a new character name had to be used. So the "Ji" was changed to "Ru" and that is how Ruffle originated.
Ruffle means overly sexy man. So sexy that you cannot even resist making love to the person.
Ruffle is a total hotty. A 10/10 for sure.
