the term used instead of carpet muncher / lesbian, who is a agressive muff diver (usually a woman) who loves gine. if you talk close to this person you can usually smell the sea.
I was picking up on this chick and i realized that she was definetly a rug bully by her softball uniform and the sea gulls circling above.
