The art of working on a project, document, or plan to what you feel is complete. Then having it reviewed by a manager who will completely re-work it to his/her personal preference. Not because it is better but because it is to his/her own personal preference

Man, I spent all week on this project plan only to have it Rugefied.

We can only do what we feel is best on this document because it hasnt been Rugefied yet.
