In email,especially email cc'ed to an entire group or league,the act of not only not answering a question or accusation,but ignoring it and writing about a completely different thing;also using words and phrases to subtly call the original sender names and imply wrongdoing on their part. Using doublespeak and gobbledygook is an important component of "rujacking". Also the act of forwarding private emails to an entire group in an attempt to show up the sender

2. He pointed out to everyone how I screwed him-I'm going to try to rujak my reply to get away with it.
