What is Rule 8c?

This is the "HC" version of rule 8 and rule 8b

"If two persons are doing something REALY important and one gets a phone call, and aswers that (no matter what the phone call is about). Interupting everything, the one that answered the phone, has to sleep with the other one if he or she wants it"
