Ruling house is pwnage to the 5th degree. Originally used during Halo 3 online play when you get a shotgun. Coined by the world famous Chetters. After being applied to video games the meaning has been extended. Basically ruling someones house is anytime you beat someone in a game, make fun of them, trick them, mind fuck them, or insult them. It can be expanded beyond these borders, as long as you indeed ruled their house.
I got shotty and stickies I'm gonna be ruling house now!......fuck I died.
Dude I just ruled your house dumping that ranch dressing on your door.
