an individual who proclaims that when they drink rum, they loose their inhibitions and must take off all their clothes. they are oftentimes fun, gregarious, cute, hot, sexy and/or recovering mormons/catholics/fill-in-the-blanks.
clark, normally a quiet, somewhat shy guy, becomes a rum slut whenever he drinks a rum & coke or mai tai (or anything with rum in it), and starts peeling off his shirt and dirty dances around the party or bar! (we don't think he always needs rum to do it though!)
