What is Rumma?

Rumma is a young girl who lives somewhere. No personal information is going to be given out, because Rumma fears for her life.
Basically she is the most amazing person who ever existed...well, she still exists. She enjoys friends, a good book, and a great laugh. And if I do say so myself, she's quite the comedian.
